I had been diagnosed with Hidradenitis Suppurativa, a chronic, painful inflammatory skin condition that conventional medicine treats as a lifetime management problem with no resolution in sight. The recommendation was a $3,000 a month biologic injection for the rest of my life.

I refused to accept it. Not out of arrogance. Out of faith that the body God designed is more capable of healing than we are told. I had spent a decade in professional bodybuilding learning how to push the human system to its absolute limits. Now I had to learn how to rebuild it from the inside out.

I spent 18 months investigating the root causes: gut permeability, insulin sensitivity, and systemic inflammation. I fixed what was broken instead of silencing the alarm. Today I am zero-flare and zero-injection. I do not manage symptoms. I find the source. And I do not stop until we get there.
